Peanut Butter Protein Energy Balls

A delicious protein snack when you're on the go, or just need a little pick-me-up.

  • 1 cup Quaker Oats
  • 1 cup Rice Krispies
  • 1/4 cup Protein powder optional
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla extract
  • 3 tsp Honey
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup Cocolate chips
  • 2 tsp Milk


  1. Place ingredients into a large mixing bowl, and mix.

  2. Add more milk if texture is too sticky, or more peanut butter if mixture is falling apart.

  3. Scoop small portions and roll into one-inch balls

  4. If you have a sweet tooth, you might want to roll the balls in powdered sugar.
